My name is Tommy Callan and I’d like to introduce to you my fun, positive and inspiring sign collection. In addition to what you may see here, I am always coming up with new ideas and am open to creating a line of theme signs for you as I did for a poke store!
I personally make every sign and try to use as much reclaimed wood from construction projects as I can.
I know that crafty wood signs are a popular gift item and that there are already many factory made, imported “touristy” signs available from larger wholesale houses.
My focus and intent with these signs is to inspire positivity and create an opportunity to reflect on the ability we all have to love, give, and nourish the Aloha spirit that makes Hawaii so special.
I have attended many local craft shows this past year (Montessori School Holiday Craft Fair, Pacific Whale Foundation Whale Day Fair, Haiku Flower Festival, Seabury School Craft Fair) and the response has been fantastic! People really enjoy the signs and often purchase one for themselves and one for a gift.
I am now offering my signs to retailers to offer to the general public. Please support my efforts and provide local “art” to our visiting guests so they may take home a special sentiment Made on MAUI!
My signs are roughly 6″ high by 12″ long by .25 thick and come with a hang string. No sign is the same as each are hand cut and painted.
My signs wholesale for $8 each and I recommend they retail at $15 to $20. I sell them in increments of 8 / $80. I accept cash upon delivery, and credit cards through my Etsy site.
Mahaol for your time and consideration of supporting my little sign business and helping me spread my fun, positive, inspiring and quirky style!
